JAWIL (Sh. M. Network) – the Ethiopian troops have started movement in the border between Ethiopia and Somalia especially in central Somalia on Sunday as there is tense between government soldiers and Islamist forces in Mogadishu.

Residents said that Ethiopian troops reached parts of Hiran region in particular Kalabeyr-ka intersection in Jawil village in central Somalia adding that they had made military bases in several areas of the region.

Locals said that the troops also started to make military movement in the parts of the region

Reports from the Beledweyn town say that more units of Ethiopian troops with armed vehicles poured in Feer-feer and Mustahil districts in Ethiopia while more other Ethiopian soldiers joined their colleagues who were in the region earlier.

It is unclear whether the Ethiopian troops crossed from Kala-beyrka intersection in Jawil village in Hiran region or not.

Abdulahi Abdinur Arig, a chief of Jawil village told Shabelle radio that many Ethiopian troops reached there joining the other Ethiopian soldiers who were in the village earlier disproving reports that some of the Ethiopian troops entered in Beledweyn town.

The people in Hiran region have expressed concern about the arrival of the Ethiopian troops in parts of the region that follows the decision of the Somali parliament for demanding foreign troops including the neighboring countries.
